Canada #715, 715iv 14c Bright Red Parliament Buildings, 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue, Very Fine NH Sealed Pack of Plate 4 Blocks, DF Paper and Type 4b MF Light Blue Insert Card, Invisible Tagging and "Missing Brick" Variety on UL Block

Although not specifically mentioned in Unitrade, the parliament stamps are found with three distinct tagging strengths:

• invisible, where the stamp appears to be untagged.
• light tagging, where the tagging bars appear visible but not dark, being a light yellowish cream.
• dark tagging, in which the bands appear deep brownish yellow, and are very obvious on the stamps.

Unitrade lists these at $14.50 for VFNH, as 4 plate blocks with no premium for the pack. However, these packs are becoming quite collectible, as there are a number of different card inserts, card sizes, cellophane sizes and so forth. In addition, many have been opened for the blocks inside, and so assembling a complete collection of different types would be a challenge. They can be nicely and easily displayed on Vario pages.

There is a small pen notation on the cellophane, but it should come off with a soft eraser if you want to remove it.
