A lot of 6 very fine NH upper left, upper right and lower right (2 of each position) plate blocks the 14c bright red parliament buildings stamps from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environmental issue, all printed on LF-fl paper with dark tagging. One set of 3 is plate 1 and the other is plate 2.

Although not specifically mentioned in Unitrade, the parliament stamps are found with three distinct tagging strengths:

• invisible, where the stamp appears to be untagged.
• light tagging, where the tagging bars appear visible but not dark, being a light yellowish cream.
• dark tagging, in which the bands appear deep brownish yellow, and are very obvious on the stamps.
