A fantastic upper left plate 2 block of the die 1a 6c black Transportation stamp from the 1967-1973 Centennial issue, showing the design shifted downward and to the left, rather than the perforations being shifted. Ribbed LF paper and 3 mm GT-2 tagging.

This block comes from the collection of famed Centennial collector Bob Prince, and is shown as figure 561 in Harris.
