Two scarce unsealed local printed matter business corner card covers, each franked with a 3c purple or deep purple Cameo as follows:

• Central Volunteer Bureau in Edmonton, AB, sent within the city on April 1, 1966 and franked with a 3c deep purple.
• Humbercrest United Church in Toronto, ON, sent April 15, 1965 within the city, and franked with a 3c dark purple (deep dull reddish lilac).

The printed matter rate is a relatively scarce rate, as the vast majority of covers would have been thrown away.
