A well centered VFNH lower right plate 1 block of 4 of the 15c black Gannet stamp from the 1954-1962 Wilding Issue. This block features a dot visible in the lower left selvedge.

The paper used to print the stamps from plates 1-3 was a vertical wove. On the early printings, the paper shows clear horizontal ribbing, while the later printings, mostly from plate 3, the paper exhibits a smooth printing surface.
