A VFNH upper left plate 14 block of the 2c deep bright green Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-1962 Wilding Issue, perf. 11.95. Printed on one variation of the Unitrade listed fluorescent paper, which is dull fluorescent greyish white smooth paper that contains a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibres and a very sparse concentration of medium fluorescent fibres. Together these fibres raise the overall perceived fluorescence of the paper above LF. The picture taken under UV light shows the comparison of this paper to a standard DF paper block. The gum is a smooth cream with a satin sheen.
