Canada #1351, 1354 3c, 10c Edible Berries, 1991-1998 Fruit & Flag Issue, January 1993 Airmail to US, Franked With Singles Used in Combination With 42c Commemorative

A January 1993 airmail cover to the US, franked with singles of 3c Black Crowberry, 10c Kinnikinnick and a 42c Rolland Michener commemorative to slightly overpay the 49c US rate. The cover does not look in any way to be philatelic, and it is not clear why it was overpaid. The only possibility that seems likely is that the sender did not have the right combination of stamps handy.
