Canada #O37 (SG#O200) 5c Ultramarine 1953 Karsh Issue Plate 2 UR G Overprint VF-84 NH

A very well centered and very fine NH example of the 5c ultramarine Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1953 Karsh Issue, with the "G" overprint, in a plate 2, upper right (UR) block of 4. Printed on horizontal wove paper giving a dull reaction under ultraviolet light and showing clear ribbing, though not strong. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $5.50. However, blocks grading above VF-80 are scarce, given that the stamps were line perfoarted. The block offered here grades 84 as follows:
