A very well centered and very fine NH example of the 17c deep ultramarine Airmail Special Delivery stamp from the 1946-52 Peace Issue in a plate 1 lower right (LR) block, showing no dot under the "N" of "Bank". Printed on horizontal wove paper, showing no ribbing and with slightly streaky yellowish cream gum that has a satin sheen. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $45.00.
