A very well centered and fine NH example the $1 Centennial Issue integral booklet containing 1 pane of 25 4c stamps and 2 labels, with bright red on cream cover, and fine font printing on the back cover. The cover is printed on semi-smooth card stock, with very light horizontal ribbing. The cover gives a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under UV light, with no fluorescent fibres visible in the stock. The font of the printed messages on the back cover is the fine type. The pane is printed on horizontal wove cream paper with smooth cream coloured dextrose gum that has a semi-gloss sheen. The pane gives a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under UV light, with no fluorescent fibres being visible in the paper. In normal light and under UV light, the colour of the stamps is carmine-red. The right side perforations have been largely trimmed in the production of the booklet, and this has reduced the grade from VF-82 to F-72. Unitrade values a F-65 NH booklet with the regular DF cover at $6.25. While McCann values the same booklet at $6.25 also. This booklet is listed in McCann as BK57a, as an NF pane. The booklet offered here grades 72 as follows:

Centering of the panes: 54/70

Cover freshness: 10/10

Condition of cover edges: 3/5

Freshness of panes: 5/5

Absence of visible cover flaws/stains: 3/5

Condition of interleaving and contents: 5/5 Adjustment for trimming of right perforations: -10 points

Note: the above scans are a stock photos as are all my scans for material after 1952. The booklet you will receive has been carefully checked to adhere to the above grading standards, so while it (they) may not be exactly the same, it (they) will be of the same quality. Also, I do not provide back scans of NH stamps or blocks after 1952 unless they are required to illustrate some attribute of the paper or gum.
