A very fine mint OG LH example of the type 2 2c carmine rose King Edward VII imperforate pair from the 1903-1911 issue of the same name. Full margins on all sides except the left, which is just under 1.5 mm. The average spacing between impressions on the plate is 3 mm, so full margins are 1.5 mm wide. Printed on vertical wove paper showing fine vertical mesh. Smooth, shiny cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG pair at $60. The example offered here grades 81 as follows:
