Canada #74i (SG#150) 1/2c Grey 1898-1902 Numeral Issue Toned Wove Paper VF-76 NH

A very well centered and very fine mint NH example in the grey shade. On toned vertical wove paper measuring 0.0035" thick. Unitrade does not list the toned paper on any value other than the 2c purple. In fact, several values of this set, and the subsequent sets up to and including the Admirals are found on toned paper. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH example of the normal white paper at $90. The stamp offered here grades 76 as follows:
