Canada #615 (SG#754) 1973 8c Jeanne Mance Death Tercentenary Issue 2 Papers - MF & HF VF-80 NH
Two well centered and very fine NH singles of the 8c multicoloured Jeanne Mance Death Tercentenary Issue of 1973, each printed on different paper:
- Vertical wove paper with no ribbing or mesh, giving a low fluorescent bluish white reaction under ultraviolet light on the face, and a medium fluorescent bluish white reaction on the back, with a high density concentration of medium fluorescent fibres visible in the paper.
- Vertical wove paper with no ribbing or mesh, giving a low fluorescent bluish white reaction under ultraviolet light on the face, and a high fluorescent bluish white reaction on the back, with a high density concentration of high fluorescent fibres, a very few hibrite fibres, and some brownish woodpulp fibres visible in the paper.
Comb perforated 11 x 10.8. Smooth, white PVA gum with a satin sheen. Unitrade values two VF-75 NH singles at $0.60. The stamps offered here grades 80 as follows:
