Canada #538 (SG#680) 7c Multicoloured Winter 1971 Maple Leaf In Four Seasons Issue HF/LF VF-80 NH
A well centered and very fine example of the Canada #538 1971 7c Multicoloured maple leaf in Winter. Printed on horizontal wove paper with no visible ribbing or mesh, and giving a high fluorescent bluish white reaction under ultraviolet light on the face and a low fluorescent bluish white reaction on the back, with no fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. Comb perf. 10.8 x 11.0. Smooth colourless PVA gum with an eggshell sheen. Unitrade values a VF example of this stamp at .40 cents. The stamp offered here grades 80:
