Canada #475i (SG#617) 5c 1967 Toronto Centenary Blank LL F Paper & Gum Type 7 VF-84 NH

A very well centered and very fine mint NH plate 1 lower left block of four, of the 5c myrtle green and pale rose red 1967 Toronto Centennial Issue. Line perf. 11.85 x 11.85. Horizontal wove paper with no visible mesh, and no ribbing. Smooth creamy DEX gum with a satin sheen. Under ultraviolet light, the paper gives a dull fluorescent ivory reaction, with a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibers being visible in the paper. This is one of the variations of the fluorescent paper that I have encountered on this issue. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $5.00. The block offered here grades VF-84 NH as follows:
