Canada #473ii (SG#615) 5c 1967 Canadian Press Issue NF Vio Paper, Plate 1 LR Ribbed Streaky Gum VF-75 NH

A very fine mint NH lower right plate 1 block of the 5c violet blue 1967 Canadian Press Issue. Line perf. 11.85 x 11.95. Vertical wove paper with light ribbing that is just visible on the gum, and clear vertical mesh. Streaky cream DEX gum with a satin sheen. Under ultraviolet light, the paper gives a non fluorescent violet reaction, with no fluorescent fibers being visible in the paper. This is one of two different variations of the NF paper that I have encountered on this issue. Unitrade values a VF-75 block at $10.00. The block offered here grades VF-75 NH as follows:
