Canada #462v (SG#585c) 10c Deep Yellow Green 1967-73 Centennial DF-fl BW LF & MF,S Paper VF-75 NH

A very fine mint NH single of the 10c deep yellow green Jack Pine stamp from the 1967-1973 Centennial Issue. Vertical wove paper with no visible mesh, or ribbing and smooth colourless PVA gum with a matte sheen. Under long-wave ultra violet light the paper gives a dull-fluorescent bluish white reaction, with a sparse density concentration of low and medium fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. This is a variant of what Unitrade lists as LF paper. The ink colour under UV is black. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH single at $2.00. The stamp offered here grades VF-75 NH as follows: Margins/centering: 45/70 Paper freshness: 5/5 Colour: 5/5 Impression: 5/5 Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5 Perforations: 10/10 Note any vertical or horizontal line shown in the scan is the edge of the acetate strip that the stamp was resting inside on the stockcard.
