An extremely fine example of the 5c deep green and lake brown 1963 First Overland Mail Route Issue First Day Cover. Gold and blue cachet showing letters encircling globe. The envelope is on high fluorescent bluish white stock, while the stamp is printed on paper giving a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light. The stamp is tied by a crisp strike of an Ottawa wavy line first day cancel. The cover offered here grades XF-89 as follows:
