A well centered and very fine NH plate 1 lower right block of 4 of the 1c deep reddish brown Queen Elizabeth II & minerals stamp from the 1963-1967 Cameo Issue. Printed on vertical wove paper showing no visible mesh or ribbing and giving a dull fluorescent bluish white reaction under ultraviolet light. No fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. Line perforated 11.85. Deep cream gum with a semi-gloss sheen. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $1.25. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
