Canada #343 (SG#474) 15c Gannet 1954-62 Wilding Issue Plate 3 UL DFGr. Smooth Paper VF-75 NH

A very fine NH plate 3 upper left plate block of the 15c black gannet stamp from the 1954-1962 Wilding Issue. Printed on horizontal wove paper showing weak horizontal ribbing on the gum side and giving a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light. No fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. Line perforated 11.85. Yellowish cream gum with a semi-gloss sheen.Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $20. The block offered here grades 75 as follows:
