Canada #343 (SG#474) 15c Gannet 1954-62 Wilding Issue Plate 2 UL DFGW Ribbed Paper VF-80 NH

A very fine NH plate 2 upper left plate block of the 15c black gannet stamp from the 1954-1962 Wilding Issue. Printed on horizontal wove paper showing strong horizontal ribbing on the gum side and giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light. No fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. Line perforated 11.95. Yellowish cream gum with a semi-gloss sheen.Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $10. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
