Canada #341p (SG#467p) 5c Dull Ultramarine 1954 Wilding Issue W2B UL DF GW Ribbed Paper VF-80 NH

A well centered and very fine NH example of the 5c dull ultramarine Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a blank field stock upper left (UL) block of 4. Printed on vertical wove paper showing clear vertical ribbing and giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light. The tagging has been moderately applied, being clearly visible to the naked eye, but not dark. Smooth, shiny cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $27.50. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
