Canada #341p (SG#467p) 5c Dark Blue 1954 Wilding Issue W2B LL Block DF GW Ribbed Paper F-70 NH

A fine NH example of the 5c dark blue Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a blank field stock lower left (LL) block of 4. Printed on vertical wove paper showing clear vertical ribbing on the gum and giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under UV light. The tagging is moderately applied, being clearly visible to the naked eye. Smooth, shiny cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $27.50. The block offered here grades 70 as follows:
