Canada #341 (SG#467) 5c Deep Blue 1954 Wilding Issue Plate 8 UR Missing Perf Pin F-70 NH
A fine NH example of the 5c deep bright blue Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a plate 8 upper right (UR) block of 4. Printed on horizontal wove paper showing strong ribbing on the front and back, and giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light. Smooth, shiny yellowish cream gum. In addition, a perforation pin was missing between the two left hand stamps resulting in a 2.5 mm perforation tooth. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $2.40. The block offered here grades 70 as follows:
