Canada #340p (SG#466p) 4c Dull Violet 1954 Wilding Issue WCB DF GW Ribbed Paper F-70 NH

A fine NH example of the 4c dull violet Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954 Wilding Issue. The stamp is printed on vertical wove paper giving a dull-fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light and showing light vertical ribbing. The tagging is moderately applied, being clearly visible to the naked eye. Smooth, shiny cream coloured gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH single at $5. The stamp offered here grades 70 as follows:
