A well centered very fine NH example of the 3c carmine Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a plate 1 upper right (UR) block of 4. Printed on horizontal wove paper giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light and showing ribbing clearly on the back.
