Three fine NH examples of the 3c carmine Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in three plate 1 upper left (UL) blocks of 4. Printed on horizontal wove paper showing ribbing on the back and giving three different reactions under ultraviolet light as follows:

  • Dull fluorescent light violet
  • Dull fluorescent greyish
  • Dull fluorescent greyish white

The tagging is moderately applied, being clearly visible to the naked eye. Shiny, yellowish cream gum. Unitrade values VF-75 NH blocks at $15.75. The blocks offered here grade 70 as follows:

Impression: 5/5

Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5

Perforations: 10/10
