Canada #338p (SG#464p) 2c Green 1954 Wilding Issue W2B Tag LL DF Greyish Smooth Paper VF-80 LH

A well centered and very fine LH example of the 2c green Winnipeg Tagged Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a blank lower left (LL) block of 4. Printed on vertical wove paper giving a dull-fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light and showing no visible ribbing. The tagging bars are lightly applied, being almost invisible to the naked eye. Cream gum. The gum disturbance is in the selvage - the stamps are NH. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $8.75. and 4 NH singles at $7. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
