Canada #338iv (SG#464) 2c Green 1954 Wilding Issue Plate 19 LR DF Greyish Smooth Paper F-70 NH

A fresh and fine NH example of the 2c green Queen Elizabeth II stamp from the 1954-63 Wilding Issue, in a plate 19 lower right (UR) block of 4. Printed on vertical wove paper giving a dull-fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light and showing no visible ribbing. Cream gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $2.40. The block offered here grades 70 as follows:
