A well centered and very fine mint OG single of the 3c scarlet King George V bas relief stamp from the 1932 Ottawa Conference Issue. Vertical wove paper with no visible mesh and cream gum with barely visible vertical streaks and a semi-gloss sheen. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $2.
