A well centered and very fine mint OG single of the 10c deep olive Sir Georges Etienne Cartier stamp from the 1930-1935 Arch Issue. Vertical wove paper with no visible mesh and brownish yellow gum with a satin sheen. These characteristics suggest that it comes from a printing made between 1931 and 1932. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $20.
