Canada #109 (SG#248) 3c Deep Rose Red Admiral Issue Die 1, Paper With No Mesh 0.0045" Thick VF-84 LH

A very well centered and very fine mint OGLH example of the 3c deep rose red (carmine in Unitrade), die 1 Admiral stamp from the 1911-1928 Admiral Issue. Printed on white vertical wove paper showing no visible mesh, and measuring 0.0045" thick - slightly thicker than the other printings on paper measuring 0.004" and with satin gum. The gum is smooth, shiny cream, slightly shinier than the satin gum. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $30. The stamp offered here grades 84 as follows:
