Canada #109 (SG#248) 3c Deep Dull Rose Red Admiral Issue Die 1, Fine Mesh Paper VF-78 OG

A well centered very fine mint OG example of the 3c deep dull rose red (carmine in Unitrade), die 1 Admiral stamp from the 1911-1928 Admiral Issue. Printed on white vertical wove paper showing fine vertical mesh, and measuring 0.0035" thick. The gum is a smooth, satin cream. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $30. The stamp offered here grades 78 as follows:
