The expectation, and general observation would be that Canada Post would utilize one type of envelope for a particular issue, so that if a different one from the standard type is found, then there is a good chance that it will be scarce, and is therefore, in our opinion collectible. 1985 marks the year in which the Harrison paper becomes primarily dull under UV, whereas in 1984 it was primarily LF (at least on the face). The normal appearance of this paper is DF on the front and usually some variation of DF on the back. Variations that are LF on either the front or back are much less common at this point, and definitely worthy of separate mention.
