A VFNH souvenir sheet of 4 of the 32c, 37c, 64c multicoloured Locomotives from the 1984 Canadian Locomotive Issue DF1/DF2 Harrison paper, constant taggant dot above smokestack variety (tertiary). The "1" or "2" in the paper description refers to where the paper falls on the Irwin-Freeman scale, from 0 to 12, with 0 being NF and 12 being the brightest of hibrites. DF2 is quite close to LF, but not quite bright enough. That being said, the difference between DF2 and NF visually is quite striking. This variety is tertiary, as I have seen it on several souvenir sheets, in exactly the same position.
