General OP-2 Ottawa tagging, 4 mm wide, of very weak strength (almost invisible to the naked eye) and glowing a bright yellow under ultraviolet light. The paper gives different reactions under UV light as follows:

  • One stamp is on smooth vertical wove paper, giving a low fluorescent grey blue reaction on the front and back, with a low density concentration of low fluorescent fibres.
  • One stamp is on smooth vertical wove paper, and gives a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction on the face, with a low density concentration of low fluorescent fibres, and a sparse concentration of medium fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. On the back, the paper gives a dull fluorescent deep blue reaction, with a low density concentration of low fluorescent fibres, and 1-2 high fluorescent fibres, visible in the paper. The tagging is azure coloured in normal light.
