A VFNH set of the 1964-1966 surcharges on the 1961-1964 issues. The fluorescence of the papers vary, as with most Bradbury Wilkinson and Harrison sets printed in the late 50's and early 1960's. The 20c on LF paper, the 3c and 25c are on MF/DF paper, and all other values are on MF paper. These sets are harder to put together than you might think.
