Canada #92 (SG#180) 7c Pale Olive Bistre Edward VII Re-Entry at Bottom VF-82 Used

A fine used example of the 7c olive bistre King Edward VII stamp from the 1903-1911 issue of the same name. Printed on vertical wove paper showing coarse vertical mesh. In addition most of the detail in the bottom spandrels shows mild doubling. Ralph Trimble illustrates a re-entry at position 39 from the left pane of plate 1 that looks like this re-entry. Unitrade values a VF-75 used example without a re-entry at $9. Strong-re entries like this usually sell for between $45-$75 on stamps from this period. The example offered here grades 82 as follows:
