Canada #451q (SG#576pa) 1965 3c Carmine Christmas Issue Tagged Cello-Paq of 50 VF-84 NH

A very well centered and very fine NH example of the 3c carmine sealed Cello-Paq of 50 of the 1966 Christmas Issue, with light Winnipeg tagging (barely visible to the naked eye). Printed on vertical wove paper giving a dull fluorescent reaction under ultraviolet light, with no fluorescent fibres. Slightly streaky yellow dextrose gum with a semi-gloss sheen. 2017 Unitrade values two VF-75 NH panes at $13. The sealed pack offered here grades 84.
