Canada #418-419 (SG#543-544) 5c 1964 Provincial Emblems Issue Art Craft First Day Cover XF-91

An extremely fine example of the 5c Ontario and 5c Quebec 1964-1966 Provincial Emblems Issue First Day Cover. Black and white Art Craft cachet depicting parliament buildings and coat of arms. The envelope is on stock giving a dull fluorescent greyish reaction under ultraviolet light, with a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibres visible in the paper, while the stamps are printed on paper giving a dull fluorescent greyish white reaction under ultraviolet light. The stamps are tied by a crisp strike of an Ottawa wavy line first day cancel. The cover offered here grades XF-91 as follows:
