Three multicoloured pamphlets containing information about the low value floral definitive, the medium value streets definitive and the high value national parks definitive stamps. A pretty interesting read through about how Canada Post produced and distributed these stamps. The coloured pamplets were sent out when the stamps were first issued. A nice addition to an otherwise complete collection.
