Very fine unused examples of the 2c orange and deep orange Queen Victoria stamp from the 1860-1867 Cents Issue. Both are printed on soft wove paper that is particular to this value only. The lighter orange shade is perf. 12 x 11.75 and the deeper orange one is perf. 12. No gum on either stamp, as is often the case with this issue, as the vast majority of mint examples got stuck together during the 1891 Saint John Custom House fire, where they were stored. Unitrade values these stamps in this grade at $55 for OG, so unused should be worth $27.50. The stamps offered here grade 75 as follows:
