A very fine overpaid 6c surface cover to Germany, sent at an unclear date and franked with 2c Polar Bear from the 1953 Wildlife Week Issue and 5c ICAO issue, overpaying the rate by 1c. The 6c rate is an unusual rate because airmail to Europe was standard, quick and inexpensive. Although overpaid this is also a better cover because the postage is paid entirely with commemoratives, even if their usage is a little late also.
Our estimate of the value of this cover based on the above factors is $10. To understand how we have assessed the cover and arrived at this estimate and to gain a broader understanding of postal history collecting, I would suggest you read the article linked here. It should clarify the factors that make covers, and this one in particular scarce, and will help you to understand why we have estimated it at this amount.
