A very fine used example of the second Ottawa printing of the 8c deep slate Queen Victoria stamp from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue Perf. 12, and printed on soft horizontal wove paper with clear, fine mesh. Unitrade values a VF-75 used single at $10. The stamp offered here grades 75 as follows:
