Ten very fine used examples of the 3c orange red and vermilion Queen Victoria stamp from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue. Four stamps are the Montreal printing in various shades of orange-red, while four are the second Ottawa printing in deep vermillion. Various papers for the Montreal printings, while all but one of the second Ottawa printings are on the newsprint-like paper, with the last stamp being on the softer wove. Different perforations are represented here including 12.1, 12 x 12.25, 12 and 12 x 12.1. Unitrade values these stamps in these grades at $14. The stamps offered here grade 75, 78, 79, and 80 as follows:
