A group of 26 very fine used stamps from the 1941-1944 Second Resources Issue. Exhibit a range of papers, including a smooth translucent and a ribbed paper, as well as many, many different variations of the basic perforation, which actually varies from 12.4 to 12.8 on both sides, resulting in many, many different possible combinations. This lot also includes two examples of the rare comb perf. 13.5 die 1 5c caribou (257x). It is distinguishable by the paper, which is much thinner than that found on the 1932-37 issue.
