A VFOG example of the reprint of the 100c dark blue from the 1896 Columbus Issue, wmk 117. This is on the characteristic thick paper that the reprints have. Although Scott only values reprints at 25c each, they are typically not well centered, or have gum problems from so much hinging and re-hinging.
