A group of 4 commercial covers franked with singles. Generally all VF. Sent between 1943-1947, two of which are OHMS free franked covers, both to NY. The other two are registered, both to US, one is correctly franked at 20c with two 10c salmon. The other is shortpaid, and franked with one 10c salmon and damaged 5c cabot The cover has a faint boxed 'cancelled, shortpaid' handstamp. Unitrade catalogue value is $20.
