Two values from the 1919-1920 pictorial issue whch appear to be remainders, based on the fact that they are perf. 13.25. The 25k has no gum and the 50k has gum, but has a shallow corner thin. The 25k perce en arc stamp is type 2, which has five points on the head of the mace at right. 2008 Scott cat is approximately $2.50.
