The design appears to have changed mid-way into 1989, with the old Canada Post Logo being replaced by the new logo and "Philatelic Service". All clean and VF. Ideal for someone trying to form a complete record of all that Canada post Issued. Please note that actual postage costs will be added to the hammer price of this lot.
